Breath and attention
Breathing and precision encourage concentration, helping you become more aware of where your body is and what it is doing.
Mat Pilates in Aldridge
Build strength, posture, body awareness and confidence through thoughtful Pilates that stays varied, supportive and genuinely enjoyable.
Your body is your vessel
Your body gets you from A to B. It takes you shopping, out with friends, on holidays and through all the ordinary things that make life enjoyable.
Jayne's approach is about keeping that body strong, aware and capable. Pilates gives you time to understand how you move, strengthen what supports you and build confidence in what your body can do.
Strength for real life. Clarity for your mind.
Pilates trains control around the trunk, spine and hips while coordinating movement with breath. This simplified anatomy view shows the areas Jayne is helping you become more aware of as you move.
